Nerissa is a partner in Loeb & Loeb’s Advanced Media and Entertainment Department. Her practice focuses on matters involving the convergence of advertising and promotions, emerging media, technology, privacy and intellectual property law. More recently, she has focused her practice on counseling clients in legal issues related to NFTs and in the metaverse, including issues on enforcing and exploiting their existing rights. As a thought leader in her industry, Nerissa frequently publishes and speaks at events and conferences. Nerissa hold a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Nerissa is a mother of a child that learns differently and who has received speech services throughout her life. Through her own experiences, she understands the benefits for speech therapy and the struggles that parents have finding these services for their children.
