Through my experience as a one-on-one paraprofessional, I was introduced to the field of speech-language therapy and other related services. Witnessing the direct and personal impact these services had on students inspired me to pursue a career in speech therapy. My passion continued to grow throughout college as I learned more about the barriers and inequities faced by the Latin community. This experience strengthened my desire to contribute to the growing need for bilingual speech-language therapists and to provide more accessible and culturally responsive services to individuals and families in the community.

In my free time, I enjoy relaxing and spending time with my two dogs, Mia and Luca. Since recently moving to the city, I have also been enjoying exploring my new neighborhood and discovering new places with my husband.
