CHAT utilizes a client portal for communications, including messages, storage of files/forms, and billing. This quick guide can help you get started!
CentralReach Client Portal User Guide
When you request an appointment via CHATWITHUS.ORG and complete the Intake Form a client profile is automatically created for you.
You will receive an email confirming your account and asking you to create a password.
Follow the link and use the same email on the intake form and create your password. Once that is complete you can login with that email and password. You can also use this link – CentralReach Client Portal and select “First time user” to create your password.

Once logged in you will be able to see your personalized dashboard!
You’re all Set! Use this portal to check appointments, view and upload files, view and pay bills, goals and more!
The Central Reach Client Portal will be used for:
- Viewing and paying invoices
- Viewing billing to insurance
- Viewing tasks for action items clients need to complete
- Viewing Evaluation reports and treatment plans
- Viewing Scheduled appointments
- Sending Messages and client updates to CHAT staff
