This presentation discusses the importance of using fine motor activities to increase engagement and participation, and reduce behaviors during speech-language sessions. Research about the relation between fine motor skills, speech-language and literacy is discussed. A plethora of therapy materials incorporating speech/language and fine motor skills were demonstrated.
