Siddhartha (Sidd) is Director, Customer Solutions at West Monroe, a Chicago based business and tech advisory firm. He leads the firmwide customer service transformation practice that assists clients with building mature, tech, digital and AI-enabled customer service experiences. With 20+ years of professional experience, he has supported multiple Fortune 500 companies in Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services achieve their transformation goals. Sidd is particularly passionate about digital transformation, AI and automation, and is currently leading multiple engagements helping clients develop and execute Gen AI programs within the customer service function. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He lives with his wife and daughter in Naperville.
