What motivated you to become an SLP?
I was motivated to become an SLP because of the variety of services we provide and populations we can work with, all through the lens of getting to work one-on-one in a helping profession.
What made you want to work at CHAT?
I love how CHAT acknowledges the role that communication plays in equity and inclusion work. I also love how everyone at CHAT share similar values and thrive to be the best therapists they can be together.
What makes you excited about your work?
Every day I get to work with amazing kids and play a role in their communication. I absolutely love celebrating both big and little accomplishments with my clients, encouraging them to be as proud of themselves as I am of them.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying active through rock climbing, hiking, and exercising by the lake.
