I became an SLP because…
I love languages! I am trilingual, and found the field through my passion for language development and multilingual language acquisition. I am motivated to support other multilingual language learners. As a singer, exploring my own voice also led to my fascination with the anatomy behind the vocal apparatus and how verbal communication is possible.
One thing I love about being an SLP is…
I am always excited to help kids communicate! I love to see their faces when they feel proud of themselves and their hard work. I am honored to be a part of their success in becoming confident, capable communicators.
In my free time I enjoy…
I like running, traveling, reading, and exploring the great outdoors (hiking, boating, crashing my bike, casting and not catching any fish, etc!) I am also looking for a local choir to join.
