Alanna Diggs is a digital marketer with a background in multimedia, search engine optimization and DEI education. She joins CHAT to edify marginalized communities through speech justice.
Before joining CHAT, Alanna was deeply moved by her experience as a Fulbright Scholar in Andorra, a small Catalan nation between France and Spain. There she learned to speak Catalan, a language that was once prohibited in the region only decades ago. Her understanding of equity regarding speech and language ignited. Since then, Alanna has been drawn to CHAT for its commitment to communication justice.
Her experience includes fundraising, marketing and event planning with University of Chicago, English language education as Fulbright Scholar, search engine optimization at the nation’s top VA loan lender, and legislative administration in the United States Senate.
