I’m becoming an SLP because…
My brother was born with kernicterus and dystonic cerebral palsy at a young age. He is nonverbal and uses a speech-generating device to talk. My goal is to teach individuals how to use their communication devices, and positively impact families just as much as my brother’s speech-language pathologists have impacted mine.
I love working at CHAT because…
Of all the work we do to provide services to those in underprivileged communities.
In my free time I enjoy…
Cooking, gardening, spending time with my family, and making fancy espresso drinks!
